Our self-hosted Plausible Analytics is open-source software, maintained by our team on our own server infrastructure. AWS - Amazon Web Services

Emails are sent via Amazon Web Services - Simple Email Service (SES). Liberty Invoice has a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Amazon Web Services to ensure that the data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Stripe

Liberty Invoice uses Stripe as a payment service provider. Stripe is a PCI-certified payment service provider and complies with the GDPR. Stripe has a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Liberty Invoice to ensure that the data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Storage of data

All other data is stored on our server and not passed on to third parties. Our servers are located in Germany. Data that is required for the processes of third-party service providers, such as payment data for Stripe, is excluded.

Deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as provided for in the various storage periods provided for by law.
