Use of Self-Hosted Plausible Analytics

This website uses a self-hosted version of Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused web analytics service. Plausible Analytics is designed to understand and analyze the usage of our website, but it does not collect any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII), does not use cookies, and respects the privacy of our website visitors.
All site measurements carried out by Plausible Analytics are done entirely anonymously. The data collected is in aggregate form only, providing us with insights to help us improve our site while ensuring you continue to have a privacy-respected experience.
Our self-hosted Plausible Analytics is open-source software, maintained by our team on our own server infrastructure. This means we retain full control and ownership of the analytics data, without any third-party involvement. This data is neither sent to, shared with, nor sold to any third parties.

AWS - Amazon Web Services

Emails are sent via Amazon Web Services - Simple Email Service (SES). Liberty Invoice has a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Amazon Web Services to ensure that the data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.


Liberty Invoice uses Stripe as a payment service provider. Stripe is a PCI-certified payment service provider and complies with the GDPR. Stripe has a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Liberty Invoice to ensure that the data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Storage of data

All other data is stored on our server and not passed on to third parties. Our servers are located in Germany. Data that is required for the processes of third-party service providers, such as payment data for Stripe, is excluded.

Deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as provided for in the various storage periods provided for by law.
